Yoga Flow

Welcome to a space where movement meets mindfulness. Rooted in recovery, self-awareness, and rhythm—on and off the bike—this blog brings together yoga, breath-work, and intentional living for cyclists, endurance athletes, educators, and everyday humans.

With over 17 years of experience, Emily blends yoga, breath work, and mobility training to support cyclists and endurance athletes in recovery, performance, and injury prevention. Her approach focuses on deep release, core strength, and nervous system regulation—helping riders show up stronger and feeling rejuvenated in everyday life.

Explore the blog for weekly insights, or reach out to set up a session to discuss a private yoga practice tailored to your needs. Let’s move with purpose and find our flow—together.
