For our July Coffee Clinic we’re going to switch it up a bit and kick things off with 10–15 minutes to arrive, say hello, and set up our mats, then move into a mellow, recovery-focused yoga session designed specifically with cyclists in mind but also wonderful if you sit often for work. After we stretch, breathe, and reset together, we’ll wrap up with lattes or electrolytes and time to hang out
I have been practicing yoga since the late '90s, and obtained my RYT 500 in 2005, later earning an advanced CYT 750 in 2017. As my cycling journey has grown, so has my dedication to integrating yoga as a tool for recovery and overall wellness. My own home practice blends Ashtanga, Vinyasa and gentle recovery work, and I’m excited to share what’s been supportive in my own ride/life balance.
All levels welcome — bring a mat if you have one, and wear something comfy you can move in.
This will be held outside, so the weather could postpone the event.
