Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in activities organized by One Love Outdoors, including but not limited to cycling, trail running, yoga, hiking, group rides, bikepacking, and other outdoor recreational activities (collectively, "Activities"), involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, exposure to weather conditions, falls, collisions, and other hazards associated with outdoor activities. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Activities, including risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of One Love Outdoors, its board members, employees, volunteers, or other participants. Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Activities, I hereby release, waive, and discharge One Love Outdoors, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and other participants (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future, arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities. I agree not to sue or make any claims against the Released Parties for injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of my participation in the Activities, including claims arising from the negligence of the Released Parties.
